Preventing lawsuits before they become an issue.

NEGLIGENCE

Negligence lawsuits could occur from accidental injury to clients or clients property while employees are on the job. They could occur from improper use of building equipment or from faulty design plans by our interior designers or furniture builders. To prevent these lawsuits from occurring in the first place we train our employees to design for safety as the number one priority and work with that same mindset while implementing the design into the client's home or property.

INTENTIONAL TORTS

Intentional Torts can occur but they should not be an issue in question if an employee is employed by us. We do full background checks to all our employees and work to ensure that if any issues arise they are dealt with immediately and quickly. If an employee is thought to be likely to commit an intentional tort he or she will be watched closely and pulled aside to discuss the matter. If he or she attempts to commit one or does commit one they will be fired on the spot. Employees will be made aware of this policy before even being hired to attempt to sway the likelihood of these events occurring in the first place.

AGENCY LAW OF CONTRACTS

Certain employees will have the ability to enter into contracts on behalf of the corporation due to the nature of their job.  These employees will be trained to recognize what contracts are acceptable to enter into and which are not. Employees will also be trained to always ask first if they are entering into a contract they are unsure if they have the authority to sign into or if they have permission to. Any employee that enters into a fraudulent contract will be fired on the spot once the fraud is discovered and they will be made of this policy before being hired to sway the likelihood of this fraud from occurring.
