
CONTRACTS
EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS
Contracts between the corporation and its employees as well. This contract would include the job requirements expected of the employee the contract is written for, the wage or salary the employee would receive for performing their job, their payment schedule, their work schedule, a nondisclosure agreement to keep employees from sharing trade secrets to competitors, and any promised benefits to that employee.
CLIENT CONTRACTS
Contracts between the corporation and the client our service is being provided to. This contract would include the time frame of the project, the cost of the project, protection against legal action from the client resulting from the presence of unknown timeline obstacles such as water damage, failure of structure’s conformity to building code, etc.
FURNITURE BUILDING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Contracts for the custom furniture building service to be formed between the corporation and the client. This contract would consist of the cost of the service, the time frame of the project, the materials being used in the project, and a 2-year warranty for the custom furniture piece built.
CONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS
Contracts for businesses hired to perform services for a design job such as painters, florists, architects, etc. The party of the contract would be the business hired for the service and the contract would establish a time frame for necessary completion of that service, the cost of that service, our non-responsibility for any injuries that occur while performing said service without the influence of my corporation. The corporation would be promising to pay the expense of that service as agreed upon in the contract in a timely manner also expressed in the contract.
